Unfortunately I am now fully booked for Christmas orders. Estimate of 6-7 weeks for delivery due to a queue. I do also sell gift vouchers if you are looking for a personalised gift sooner than this.

Please contact me prior to ordering if you have a specific date you need your order by, I will then advise if I can complete the artwork in time for you.

Can I have more than one pet on my pottery or drawing?

Yes you can! Certain products work better for multiple animal portraits so some are listed in my shop, but if you have something in mind where you would like two or more pets just drop me a message and we can have a chat about it. Pricing may vary per number of pets.

I'd love a drawing of both of my pets, but they just wont sit next to eachother nicely! What should I do?

Don't worry! As I am drawing or painting your pets I can put them together using different photos. If you can try and get the angles the same for each pet I will make it look like they sit together all the time! I'm happy to have a chat before you order to see if the photos you have will work so just drop me a message.

Will the paint rub off on the pottery?

No! This is the best thing! The ceramic pottery is all hand painted by me and it is then dipped in a clear shiney glaze and fired which seals the paint on! Amazing right!

Can the mugs go in the dishwasher or microwave?

Microwave, no. I have tried this myself and they get extremely hot. So definitely do not put any of my ceramic pottery items in the microwave.

Dishwasher, I do recommend hand washing them however they can go in the dishwasher every now and then. For the pottery to last longer and avoid chipping in a dishwasher I would hand wash if you can.

Where is the best place to put my drawing?

The drawings are all sprayed with a protector spray but they can still smudge. I would recommend keeping them wrapped up until you have a suitable frame ready.

Once your drawing is framed, hang on a wall away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Can you work to deadlines? I need a drawing for a gift.

Yes! If you have a date you need your product by please let me know. See the time schedule for delivery on the 'Delivery' page to see if this fits in with your deadline. If it doesn't please let me know and I will see what I can do. Alternatively I offer gift vouchers which can be posted to you or a recipient within 1-2 business days.
